Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February14th, the Customer has 14 consecutive days after receiving their order at the address chosen by them to make exchanges or returns of purchases made in the online shop; it is not possible to return any amount after that date.

All items purchased online at www.cottonmoonshop.com can be exchanged or returned through the online shop.

We only accept exchanges or returns of items that are in perfect condition and accompanied by the respective invoice and labels. Used, altered or washed items cannot be exchanged or returned.


The Customer must send an email to goodnight@cottonmoonshop.com, stating the model, colour and size for which they want to make the exchange.

The value will always have to be equal or superior to the value of the item initially bought.

After receiving the email, Cotton Moon will confirm stock availability and validate the exchange.

Orders to be exchanged should be sent to Cotton Moon - Rua Amadeu Sousa Cardoso, 106 - 1º esquerdo, 4150-065 Porto, Portugal.

Once the item is received, Cotton Moon will process the exchange and send the new item to the address previously indicated as the Delivery Address. (This transport cost is at the Customer's expense. Cotton Moon advises that shipping is by recorded delivery).


If you wish to return your purchase, you only have to send us an email to goodnight@cottonmoonshop.com to confirm the intention of return.

The items to be returned should be sent to:

Cotton Moon - Rua Amadeu Sousa Cardoso, 106 - 1º esquerdo, 4150-065 Porto, Portugal.

The cost of postage is payable by the Customer. Cotton Moon advises that this should be done by registered post.

If you prefer to return your items via pickup points, you must state the delivery date of the item to be returned at the pickup point by email.

Cotton Moon will send you the delivering slip by email, which you should print out and enclose with the package you deliver to the pickup point.

Cotton Moon will only accept returns of items purchased within the time period set out or if the product arrives to the customer defective and this defect is duly proved by the Brand.

Once the item has been received at our premises, the return will be processed by Cotton Moon via the used payment method.

Returns will be made within 5 working days of receipt at our premises.
